Hey John — we're almost at our
mid-month deadline, a.k.a. the halfway point to our next public reporting
deadline with the FEC.

Remember, the news media (and our GOP opponents) are going to scour these
numbers next quarter to gauge our campaign’s momentum.

A lot of donations? That means John Fetterman has the momentum to win.

Too few donations? That makes John Fetterman look beatable.

Because this is high stakes stuff, we generally try to make a really big
push right before these deadlines.

John, the truth
is, we're behind where we need to be for the month. And if we don't see a
quick surge of support, we could miss our goal. We were trying to find out
why, and then we logged into ActBlue noticed this… our average donation
has gone down since our campaign first began:

In a weird way, we're proud of it! Here's why:

A low average donation is the hallmark of a real people-powered campaign.
It shows that we’re not funded solely by a bunch of rich elites with deep
pockets.

But, on the other hand, it means the money we used to raise from two
donations — well, now we need three to raise the same amount!

We can't afford to miss our mid-month goal because of the aforementioned
high stakes — reporters, media narratives, yada yada. So, we're asking everyone who hasn't donated to make their

the gap.
