Devin Nunes Goes Straight for Democrats Jugular in Opening Statement as Televised Schiff Show Begins

California Republican Rep. Devin Nunes exploded out of the gate this morning and destroyed Shifty Adam Schiff and the Democrats with an amazing opening statement as the impeachment hearings went public.

• “In a July open hearing of this committee following publication of the Mueller report, the Democrats engaged in a last-ditch effort to convince the American people that President Trump is a Russian agent. That hearing was the pitiful finale of a three-year-long operation by the Democrats, the corrupt media, and partisan bureaucrats to overturn the results of the 2016 presidential election.”
  
  
• “In the blink of an eye, we’re asked to simply forget about the Democrats on this committee falsely claiming they had “more than circumstantial evidence” of collusion between President Trump and the Russians.”
  
  
• “And yet now we’re supposed to take these people at face value when they trot out a new batch of allegations. But anyone familiar with the Democrat’s scorched-earth war against President Trump would not be surprised to see all the typical signs that this is just a carefully orchestrated media smear campaign.”

Texas Republican irritates Schiff on television as hearings begin:

John Ratcliffe got under the skin of shifty Adam Schiff before the impeachment hearings got started this morning by asking him about the new set of rules outlined for the inquiry that appeared to intentionally monopolize the time for Democrats while drastically reducing the amount of time the GOP has for questioning. Shocking Rolling Stone Op-Ed Says ‘It’s an insult to real whistleblowers to use the term with the Ukrainegate protagonist’:

Kudos to Rolling Stone for publishing this fantastic piece called The Whistleblower Probably Isn’t. Writer Matt Taibbi is no Trump fanboy, but even he sees right through the “whistleblower” scam concocted by Democrats. He cites several examples of actual whistleblowers and how their experiences expose the falsehoods surrounding the Ukraine “whistleblower.” Taibbi calls Schiff’s secret witness “a hardcore insider...whose subtext is a lot more shadowy and ambiguous than news audiences are being led to believe.”

Rep. Dan Bishop names alleged impeachment ‘whistleblower’: “He’s not Voldemort.”

North Carolina Republican Rep. Dan Bishop became the first member of Congress to publicly name Schiff’s secret star witness, whose second- hand complaint kicked off the impeachment circus. Bishop named the whistleblower on Twitter, saying “I refuse to cower before the authoritarian intimidation campaign.”

As Breitbart reported:

“Despite popular belief, the law “does not explicitly prevent anyone other than the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG) who received the complaint that triggered the impeachment inquiry from outing the identity of the so-called ‘whistleblower,’ as multiple establishment media outlets have admitted."
