Folks, I’m going to explain what we discussed in our finance meeting, and then I’ll ask you to please make a contribution to help my campaign get back on track:

We’re behind on our finance projections.

This means that at this point in February, the amount of money my campaign has raised is less than what we estimated. At this point in 2022, we can’t settle for anything less than meeting or exceeding our projections – it’s just far too risky.

Team, let me also explain why this happened. Since the beginning of February, we’ve seen a significant drop-off in individual contributions from supporters. We pushed hard to reach our goal last month, but that wasn’t the end of the fight.

In fact, February brings us one step closer to Election Day, which makes this goal all the more important.

If we want to make this deficit up, I need your help raising $4,500 in the next three days. This mid-month goal is doable, but it’s going to take all of us to get it done.
