Join us TONIGHT, Tuesday, February 15 at 7 p.m. ET as we discuss the essence of union organizing: moving our coworkers to action. We are pleased to welcome AFGE District 10 National Vice President Cheryl Eliano as tonight's host. Building a union is about building power — that means helping people overcome fear, hesitancy, and disinterest to join and get active in our union.
There is a science to how we move folks, and how we build engaged members who take ownership of their union. There is a science to how we move folks to action, whether it is signing a petition, attending a meeting, calling their representatives, or attending a rally. During this discussion we will learn valuable skills and hear from local leaders who are doing the work of moving their coworkers to action!
