Rudy Giuliani was supposed to testify last week to the congressional committee investigating the January 6 insurrection.
But Giuliani postponed his appearance.
Giuliani, of course, is the former New York City mayor who became Donald Trump’s personal attorney and was part of the “elite strike force” (their words) behind the attempt to overturn the 2020 election.
On January 6, Giuliani riled up the Trump mob by calling for “trial by combat.”
While the committee says it still expects Giuliani to “cooperate fully” with its investigation, The New York Times reports that “negotiations could easily fall apart” regarding his cooperation.
Tell the January 6 Committee:
1. Do not let Rudy Giuliani weasel out of testifying.
2. Require Giuliani to furnish all documents he has related to the various schemes concocted to keep Donald Trump in power.
3. Do not hesitate to refer his case to the Justice Department if Giuliani backs out of good-faith cooperation.

Thank you for taking action.
