NEW: More States Seek to End the Cycle of Poverty and Punishment with Driver’s License Debt Suspension ProtectionsLast year, we introduced a new policy measure, Driver’s License Debt Suspension Protections, that assesses which states have ended the practice of suspending driver’s licenses for failure to pay fines and fees or failure to appear in court.
