America’s national-security apparatus is deeply interested in the link between Covid-19 and terrorism. Given that scientists have yet to identify Covid’s source, our intelligence agencies should be investigating whether the Covid catastrophe began with human hands in a lab because if so, it can be weaponized by foreign actors seeking to harm American interests.
