Arresting people for possession. Denying those who fail a drug test housing, employment, even access to their own child. It’s still happening throughout the country.
As you can see, there are vast swaths of the map where lawmakers continue to criminalize simple marijuana possession, and people's lives are ruined daily as a result. That’s why we’ve set a goal: by 2030, we want 100 million people to live in states where all drugs are decriminalized and there is increased access to health services.
