We are sending you this special message on behalf of our friends at
Helping a Hero, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, who are the second-largest organization building adapted homes for severely wounded
warriors. |

John,
I am writing to tell you about Helping A Hero, an organization that supports veterans and their families who have been severely wounded in the Post
9/11 Global War on Terror.
Helping a Hero is one of the largest national organizations building homes for our severely wounded heroes injured during the War on Terror. We are a
501(c)(3) organization dedicated to building adapted homes for our heroes who are missing limbs, are paraplegics, quadriplegics, severe burn victims,
suffer from severe traumatic brain injuries, etc.
We have awarded over 100 homes in 24 states and are committed to helping our brave and courageous wounded warriors on their road to
recovery.
And we need your help to do even more. Please consider
signing up as a monthly donor or donating anything you can to help these wounded veterans.
Additionally, our team at Helping a Hero provides support programs including marriage retreats, caregiver retreats, recreational activities, family
get-togethers, and financial support for emergency needs.
Helping a Hero and Bass Pro Shops have teamed up to create The 100 Homes Challenge. Johnny Morris, Founder of Bass Pro Shops, pledged 25% of the cost
of the next 100 Homes we build to thank our veterans. That's why we need your help. Please donate now and help us claim this additional matching
gift.
We have started building nine homes out of the next 100 planned so far. Even the smallest amount of money can make a difference. We really need your
help as supply chain challenges have made everything more expensive in building these homes for the veterans we support.
We need your help to support these veterans that fought for our freedoms and who need roll in showers, wider doors and hallways and other adaptations
to be independent inside their homes. You can make a
donation to Helping a Hero by visiting our online donation page here.
With your financial support and help from Patriots like you, we can reach our goal of building the next 100 homes for wounded veterans that need our
support!
Thank you,
Meredith Iler
