One year ago, Congressman Hern took the oath of office as the new representative for Oklahoma’s 1st District. Thanks to your support, it’s been a huge success!

Here are just some of Congressman Hern’s accomplishments from the past year:

• Introduced 6 common-sense conservative bills, one of which - the SCORE for Small Business Act - passed the House last month! Only seven freshman Republicans had a bill pass the House this year. 
• Leads marketing efforts for the House Energy Action Team as a strong voice in support of conservative energy solutions.
• Brought the Veterans History Project to Oklahoma, cataloging the stories of our local veterans and preserving them at the Library of Congress for future generations.
• Continues to build support among colleagues, rallying around issues like cutting waste in the SNAP program, cutting red tape, and reforming the budget process.
• Invited to join Steve Scalise's Whip Team, becoming a reliable voice promoting conservative issues in Congress.

In just one year, Congressman Hern has proven himself as a leader who works hard to get things done for the First District. Every day, he continues to fight for our shared conservative values.
