Here's your updates for the week!

Hey Indivisibles,

On this day of love, we would like to acknowledge how appreciated you are in this movement we are building together. We would not be where we are without you. The work you all have accomplished has gotten us the furthest we have ever been in the fight to pass a historic voting rights bill, change the dysfunctional rules of the Senate, and overall build progressive power through a voting bloc.

Although we recently had huge blows to voting rights and democracy reform, we are not giving up. Tomorrow we are announcing our big campaign to get immediate and meaningful improvements to peoples’ lives through executive action. This will make much-needed progress on important issues like climate, canceling student debt, economic justice, and several other issues that align with Indivisible’s mission.

Speaking of much-needed progress, President Biden has promised he would nominate the first Black woman to the Supreme Court to replace Justice Breyer. Although he hasn’t made an official announcement as to who he is nominating just yet, we hope to hear more on that later this week. In the meantime, click here to read about three justices who Biden might choose to replace Justice Breyer. President Biden’s announcement is extremely important, and we need to make sure he makes good on this promise.

With that, here are your weekly to-dos:

 Your weekly to-dos

    1. Make sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and check your email so you can watch for the launch of our newest campaign! Make sure you stay updated so you’ll know how you can get involved in our latest campaign.
    2. If you have a Democratic senator, click here to call them and demand that they speak out publicly and remind Biden of his commitment. President Biden has committed to nominating the first Black woman to the Supreme Court to be Justice Breyer's replacement, and we need to ensure he moves quickly in this process -- it took just eight days for Trump to nominate Amy Coney Barrett, and we cannot risk any delays or setbacks.
    3. If you have a Republican senator (or no senators at all!), click here to call the White House comment line and remind Biden of his commitment yourself. There is so much at stake here, and we need to make sure that Justice Breyer’s legacy is upheld through his replacement.

P.S. -- We’re able to fund the ads, call scripts, and tools because of the generous support of grassroots donors, particularly recurring donors whose support we can count on every month. If you’re able, click here to make a recurring or one-time gift to help fund our work.

Indivisible Project is a locally-led, people-powered movement of thousands of local groups in red, blue, and purple states, and in urban, suburban, and rural areas. Our mission is to power and lift up a grassroots movement of local groups to defeat the Trump agenda, elect progressive leaders, and realize bold progressive policies.

Grassroots donations, not foundations or large gifts, are our single largest source of funding. That means we’re accountable to, and fueled by, Indivisibles on the ground. Chip in $7 to keep fueling our movement.
