I wanted to reach out to say thank you for being on this journey with me. I'm grateful to have you as a real partner as we fight for Iowa – and I'm so, so proud to be running a grassroots campaign powered by passionate, committed people just like you.

But Republicans have a special sweetheart this Valentine's Day, too: the far-right megadonors shelling out millions to take back the Senate. They're a scarily perfect pair, with their right-wing ideologies, need for power and complete disregard for our democracy. 

My opponent, Sen. Grassley (R-IA), is working right alongside them – defending Trump's attempts to overturn the election, pushing his far-right agenda and protecting his own political career instead of fighting for the people he's supposed to serve.

To take on Sen. Grassley and the GOP's megadonors, I'm going to need committed grassroots people like you behind me every step of the way – including tonight.

You see, I'm up against a critical mid-month deadline at 11:59 p.m., but I'm still $9,446 short of where I need to be. McConnell's allies are sitting on a war chest of $39 million to defeat Democratic challengers like me and take back the Senate, so I just cannot afford to miss this goal.

Please, I'm counting on you tonight: Will you donate $5, or whatever you can spare right now, to help me defeat Sen. Grassley, fight for working class families and protect our Senate majority?
