On Monday, Rodney Reed — who is scheduled to be executed on November 20 — filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and 21st Judicial District Court that included four new witness statements that exonerate him and implicate the murder victim's fiancé Jimmy Fennell.
