John – it’s Robert, Elaine’s husband. As you know, Elaine is a very busy person.

Before she was in Congress, she balanced owning a small business and being a mom. And before all of that, she was overseeing nuclear reactors for the Navy.

So, every day I try to take a little bit off of her plate. Sometimes that means doing our daughter’s hair.

But right now, that means helping out with fundraising.

Elaine let me know that she has a mid-quarter fundraising deadline tonight, and that she’s falling way behind. Will you help her close the gap with a donation of $5, $10, or whatever amount makes sense for you? My goal is to raise $2,000 for her by midnight.
