Dear John,
Recently, libertarian anarchist Michael Malice appeared as a guest on Lex Fridman's incredibly popular YouTube show. On the topic of increased political tribalism and polarization, Malice mentioned that he recently discovered the political views of his and Lex's mutual friend.

|
How did Malice discover that? He saw that his friend had taken The World’s Smallest Political Quiz and then shared the results!

At 2hr 41 min, Malice discusses friendship and the World's Smallest Political Quiz

Lex guessed that the friend was more on the authoritarian side of the Nolan chart, and Malice confirmed that guess. Nevertheless, they are all still friends. They can be kind to one another, even though they have very different political views. Is this love?
On this Valentine's Day, it's worth remembering that empathy, kindness, and love are attributes that any persuasive Self-Governor understands. We should seek to understand the values and concerns of our interlocutors if we are to win hearts and minds.
Empathy, compassion, and The Quiz are a persuasive combination
Here at The Advocates for Self-Government, we intend for The Quiz to be a conversation starter. Today, we're looking for new friends to help share our quiz and engage in polite and civil conversations with others.
You can help us out now by making a donation which will allow us to reach more people who are looking to discover their political home through The Quiz and our other programs like Operation Politically Homeless.
|
|
You can also help us by taking The Quiz and sharing it on your social media pages.
Thank you for sharing the Quiz as an act of caring, compassion, and even love.
Happy Valentine’s Day, from The Advocates Team.
