Dear friends,

Four years ago today, my daughter Gina Montalto was murdered at school in the 2018 Parkland shooting, along with sixteen other beautiful souls: Alyssa Alhadeff, Scott Beigel, Martin Duque Anguiano, Nicholas Dworet, Aaron Feis, Jaime Guttenberg, Chris Hixon, Luke Hoyer, Cara Loughran, Joaquin Oliver, Alaina Petty, Meadow Pollack, Helena Ramsay, Alex Schachter, Carmen Schentrup, and Peter Wang.

With each passing year, we do more to honor their memories. No one should ever have to go to school afraid: as the families of the Parkland school shooting victims, we banded together, inspired by the love and support of people around the world who reached out, to do everything we can to make sure that a tragedy like this never occurs again.

Today, we ask all parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, and spouses to take a moment and join with us as we remember the loved ones we lost.
