The Arlington County Board approved the Pentagon City Sector Plan at their meeting on Saturday. The Plan, which we supported and testified in favor of, aims to lead the way for a new dynamic downtown in Arlington. The Plan identifies several locations that are well-suited for increased density in National Landing. The added density will drive significant commercial growth in the neighborhood as well, as businesses would be attracted to the larger pool of residents.
