IRC REPUBLICAN PARTY CHAIRMAN

Jay Kramer

Throughout the “supposed” pandemic we have heard the phrase over and over, “follow the science.” They said, it’s the science that defines the contagion and extent of the virus and all protocols associated with it. However, after listening to the flip-flop changing responses to the virus these last few years, the people have finally begun to realize that it is not about the science and never has been. Recently thegatewaypundit.com released a list of one thousand studies that prove the vaccine has serious problems, and blue states including California have started to end mask mandates (something that I never thought would happen.) But what is really going on? I think the Canadian truckers have figured it out -- the liberal Left can only steal from you what you let them steal from you. The Left is out to take as much power and control as they can, hoping the majority of the people will be complacent as they continue their power grab. It’s time to stand up and end this diversion once and for all, take the politics out of medicine, bring back common sense and actually follow the science so we can restore confidence to the health care system. The liberals have seen the polls with elections coming soon, so obviously the pandemic will come to a close and they will create a new and even bigger issue coming down the road. It’s time to end the destructive politics; the world cannot afford another catastrophe like the one that we have just suffered through. Speak up, let them hear your voice, express your desire for freedom, because you need to remember the liberal Left is not about protecting your freedoms and health, it’s all about protecting their wealth, privilege and political control.

Let’s Go Brandon!

**WARNING ABOUT GOFUNDME**

In wake of recent news that GoFundMe threatened to redistribute money from Canadian Truckers and reports of fraud related to the Surfside tragedy, Florida officials, Governor DeSantis, AG Ashley moody and CFO Patronis urge Floridians to reconsider donating to GoFundMe campaigns. The state has threatened to use legal action to stop these unethical practices as GoFundMe chooses sides and holds consumer’s money hostage.

GOVERNOR RON DESANTIS

The great state of Florida is THRIVING!
The recipe for our success is a simple one:
Outright rejected the ineffective and authoritarian policies of the Biden-Harris-Fauci administration and protected freedom.
Kept businesses open and workers in jobs.
Respected the individual liberty of all Floridians to make decisions for themselves and protected them from intrusive mandates.
And it turns out lifting people up works out a whole hell of a lot better than locking people down.
But as Democrats revert to more of the same with their failed mandates and lockdowns, Florida continues reaching new heights and serving as a light of hope for people across America.
The dishonest corporate media might continue to smear me, but the proof is in the numbers. Florida has more new business formations than any state in America, our tourism is surpassing pre-pandemic levels and people from around the country are fleeing high-crime, Faucian dystopias to move down and enjoy the sunshine and freedom in Florida.
While Biden and Fauci continue their pattern of flip-flopping and ineptitude, we’ll continue following our recipe for success that has made Florida the model of America.
Sincerely,
Ron DeSantis

RPOF CHAIRMAN JOE GRUTERS' MESSAGE

There is no “don’t say gay” bill

Elementary school children should not have teacher-led discussions about sexual orientation or gender identity in the classroom.

Per their usual arrangement, the media is parroting Democrat talking points. The latest example of this are the endless biased headlines and inaccurate stories about the so-called “don’t say gay” bill being routed in the Legislature.

Let’s be immediately clear: There is no such bill. It is called the Parental Rights in Education bill (Senate Bill 1834 and House Bill 1557). The bill is aimed at ensuring that parents have a seat at the table in determining their children’s education, and a controlling seat when it comes to the most sensitive and personal topics that most parents want to teach themselves, including sexual orientation and gender identity.

In a broad-ranging bill on Parental Rights in Education, there is this provision: “A school district may not encourage classroom discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity in primary grade levels or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students.”

This is the language that LGBTQ+ activists, Democrats and the media are all worked up over. But most parents would read that and find it completely reasonable. It is referring to young elementary school children from kindergarten through third grade not being subjected to inappropriate gender identity and sexual orientation discussions and teachings. These students are way too young for these discussions and it is not the role of the schools to encourage them.

“The school district isn’t in charge of introducing complicated topics to the kids. The parents are in charge,” House Speaker Chris Sprowls said.

Don’t be fooled. This is another instance of Democrats and the left smearing Republicans to undermine parental rights and side with LGBTQ+ activists. But parents in Florida and across the country are fed up with some school boards and teachers pushing their personal agendas on children. Florida Republicans recognize things have gone too far and it is time to re-enshrine parental rights in Florida law.

That’s what this is all about. Period.

Operation Pedro Pan was nothing like the Biden border chaos

Governor DeSantis, Lieutenant Governor Jeanette Nuñez and Attorney General Ashley Moody met this week with Cuban Americans who as children were brought to Miami as part of Operation Pedro Pan. The meeting, which also included faith leaders who help human trafficking victims, shined a light on the Biden administration’s failed border policies which are endangering migrant children and our nation as a whole. By its own admission, the Biden Administration has stated that they lose contact with roughly one out of every three unaccompanied alien children crossing the Southwest border.

“Operation Pedro Pan was an organized, pre-planned program administered with visas and flight manifests to specifically rescue children from an oppressive Communist regime,” Governor DeSantis said. “While the flights of Operation Pedro Pan were designed to be hidden from the Cuban regime, the Biden administration operates its clandestine human smuggling flights in the dark of night to be hidden from the American people.”

“Operation Pedro Pan was authorized and approved by the U.S. Government to bring refugee children from Cuba to the U.S. in a lawful, controlled, vetted and organized manner — breaking no immigration laws at the time,” said Lieutenant Governor Nuñez.

“Florida stands united against crime, lawlessness, and a federal government that is using taxpayer funds and clandestine means to flood our state with unvetted, illegal immigrants — all while keeping our leaders in the dark about who is being relocated to our state,” Attorney General Moody said.

Lt. Gov. Nuñez tells Fox viewers Florida is booming because of freedom

Lieutenant Governor Jeanette Nuñez appeared on Fox Business this week to talk about why Florida’s economy is so strong compared to most of the rest of the nation.

She told viewers that Governor DeSantis recognized early on that the draconian, Fauci-led lockdowns negatively impacted people’s overall health and well-being, along with their economic opportunities.

“Now we are seeing, we have the actual data, that lockdowns don’t work, mandates don’t work. So here in Florida there is tremendous growth in our economy and people are flocking to Florida for obvious reasons.”

She also pointed out that the data continues to show that Florida’s freedom-first economic policies create jobs, keep Florida’s economy moving, and give Floridians the opportunity to thrive.

“Our economy is booming. What we’ve seen here in Florida is 20 straight months of private sector job growth, our labor force is growing at 6 times the national average, we’re the number one state in terms of net migration. We allowed businesses to thrive, we allowed people to work, and we allowed our children in the classroom.”

“Florida will always be a beacon of freedom”

Attorney General Moody was on Fox News’ Fox & Friends Weekend talking about Florida’s response to GoFundMe’s attempt to take donations meant for Canadian truckers and send them to other charities.

She said Governor DeSantis was completely right in calling out GoFundMe's nonsense and that Florida will always fight to protect freedom.

I recently appeared on Florida This Week to debate the issue of Critical Race Theory. My opponent in the debate? Eric Deggans - an MSNBC/NBC News Analyst.
Takeaways on C.R.T.
  1. When I drop my girls off at school, I expect them to be focused on EDUCATION, not indoctrination.
  2. While there isn't a textbook titled 'CRT 101' in schools (The WOKE Left is too clever for that), C.R.T. has been found to have slipped its way into lessons and staff training. They are seeking to teach the teachers how to infuse Critical Race Theory into their lessons.
  3. Here's your comeback for those who say (the media loves to make this claim): "CRT isn't being taught in schools" >>> Well...then...why are there so many people upset about CRT being banned?
  4. Sitting on the sidelines isn't an option anymore. Every Conservative needs to do their homework on these important issues and then pushback and challenge the left at every opportunity, because we are right on these issues.

Have a great Friday!

Florida Versus the Northeast
By: Bill O'Reilly February 10, 2022

Down here in Florida, things are booming, commerce and real estate up, restrictions down. It's the exact opposite of New York and New Jersey which are sinking under regulations and quality of life problems.

The big difference among the states is that the progressive movement has been largely neutralized in Florida, while it is running wild in the northeast.

Thus, we have a modern Oregon Trail from the Big Apple to the Sunshine State. Tens of thousands of Americans are heading south for a better life.

It amazes me that some folks simply will not understand how corrosive the far left really is. This isn't about politics, it's about survival. No society can sustain itself when the law, order, and public education break down. My father used to say, "wise up." Vital advice for all of us.

The 2022 Genocidal Games hosted by the Chinese Communist Party is well underway.
Last week marked the start of the 2022 Olympic Games hosted in Beijing. While athletes compete, the Chinese Communist Party continues to carry out genocide and use slave labor. Simultaneously, news outlets are lining their pockets by broadcasting coverage of the games on their networks and on streaming services paying lip service to a genocidal, communist government that would like nothing more than to see American infrastructure, military power, and values crumble. While I certainly hope our American athletes are successful, I will not be watching these “Genocide Games” as long as they take place in a country that spits on human rights and seeks our nation’s downfall.
Last week, Republican Study Committee Chairman Jim Banks (R-IN) and I introduced the Teamwork for Employees and Managers (TEAM) Act, which would give working Americans the ability to fight for greater benefits, flexibility, and rights, without having to be a part of some ultra-leftist union. American unions have drifted further and further away from their founding principles and would be unrecognizable to the American working man of a previous era. The vast majority of working Americans go to work every day to earn a living and provide for their families, not because they want to participate in the latest “woke” workplace trend. This is the problem with today’s unions; they do not care about the issues working Americans care about, they only care about appeasing elitist liberal social media warriors. Conservative labor experts have called the TEAM Act a “true win-win”. Serious concern for labor in this country shouldn't just be a Republican concern, it should be a top-priority for officials on both sides of the aisle.
Back in Florida, Representatives Brian Mast (R-FL) and Byron Donalds (R-FL) joined Governor Ron DeSantis and I for a press conference at the Everglades. Florida Republicans have been desperately trying to secure more funding to help protect our state’s most famous and vital natural landmark. Unfortunately, the Biden administration has not allocated a single dollar for the project. The importance of restoring and protecting the Everglades should not be a partisan issue, this should unite all Floridians. While the Biden administration continues to sit on their hands and ignore the problems we face, Republicans here in Florida will do everything it takes to protect one of our state’s greatest treasures.
We cannot fight this fight without you. As the election quickly approaches, we must make sure our message continues to reach as many voters as possible. If you haven’t already done so, please sign up to join our Digital Captain team by clicking on the link here.

Thank you for your continued help in our great state of Florida!

Hispanic Leaders Blast the Left's Portrayal of Latino Electorate: 'A Degradation to Who We Are'

Conservative leaders within the Hispanic community are taking issue with the left's portrayal of Latino voters across the U.S., speaking out against the seeming desire by the liberal media, as well as Democrats, to classify them politically based on race and ethnicity rather than a group of Americans with complex values that drive their economic and voting decisions.
Rep. Salazar, along with Sen. Marco Rubio, attributed the rapid shift in support toward Republicans to the dire economic conditions facing Americans across the entire country under President Biden's administration.

Unity - Let's get it together!

As we approach the 2022 mid-term elections and the 2024 presidential election, and in light of the abject failure of the Biden administration, we know that the very survival of our republic depends on the outcome of those elections. Therefore, we must stay unified. Never lose sight of who our political opponents are… the progressive left Democrats who are taking our country off a cliff with the active help of Big Tech and the old-line national news media. Our fellow Republicans are not the enemy!
