Hey John! My name is Bianca, and I'm Michele's wife.

Michele and I have been married for 3 years, and we've been through some "high highs " and “low lows. " But I'm proud that we've been through it all, together.

Today, I'd like to share a little bit about what makes Michele so special, and why I'm so proud of her for running to represent Florida's 13th.

I'm a web designer, and I first met Michele when I was doing the website for her law firm at the time. I needed to film some video for the website and when we met -- wow. It was electric. You know that feeling like getting struck by a bolt of lightning? That's what it felt like.

Michele is so kind and thoughtful. At her law firm, her job was to defend people most often left behind by society. Her big heart and empathy were two of the reasons I was so drawn to her.

And she has continued to show that big, big heart of hers now that she's in public service. From the Statehouse and hopefully someday from the U.S. Capitol, I feel better knowing that there is a champion advocating for me, and for our community.

Michele has found her passion in public service. From a young age, Michele knew she wanted to help others and make the world better for everyone around them. Plus, she always claims that she beats me in UNO. I'm still waiting on the receipts.

For all the many reasons I love her, and for all the many times I've seen her speak her mind and fight for those that are usually ignored or left behind, I know she'll be an incredible member of Congress. And I hope you agree with me.

Trust me, we talked at length about her decision to run. I don't much care for the spotlight, and I was worried about what kind of attention Michele would attract as a Black, gay, progressive woman.

But every time we talked about it, she absolutely lit up from within talking about all the good she could do. How much leadership matters for Floridians, and how much she could accomplish to bring pandemic relief, good jobs, affordable housing, voting rights, accessible health care, and so, so much more to the communities she grew up in.

I love Michele with my whole heart, and I have a feeling you do, too. That's why I'm on Team Rayner. So please, will you support this campaign and help get her to Washington, where she can do so much good for so many?
