Team, I know my fellow AZ Dems have said it before, but I want to reiterate – Arizona is the top battleground state of 2022.
That’s why AZ Dems launched Project 15/30 last summer. We know we will have to fight for and organize every single vote in 2022 in order to win. Because we launched our organizing efforts early, we’re deeper into our organizing than we have ever been before in Arizona.
Because we have half a year head start, we’ve launched Native phonebanks this month to boost voter registration and win votes. We want to make sure Native voices are heard this November!

I also wanted to let you know about a new organizing program we recently launched. As part of our work organizing along southern Arizona and rural communities, we’ve launched an organizing apprenticeship program, specifically in the city of Douglas and Graham and Greenlee Counties.
Through that program, we’re building local organizing capacity and power. This type of organizing in February is practically unheard of!
