I want to start off by thanking you for everything you’ve done to help us
defend Americans’ rights with the Center for American Liberty.

 

As you may know, we recently initiated legal action against the Spreckels
Union School District after teachers and administrators recruited and
manipulated a young girl into believing that she was transgender and bisexual –
and after teachers and administrators conspired to keep their appalling actions
hidden from the girl’s mother, Jessica Konen.  

 

I’ve attached the full story below in case you’re not familiar… 

 

And, John, I’m not exaggerating when I say that this might be one of our most
important lawsuits ever.  

 

As it turns out, Jessica and her daughter aren’t the only ones who’ve been
targeted and abused by radical socialist teachers, counselors, and school
administrators. 

 

Over the past few weeks, I’ve lost count of the number of calls and emails
I’ve received from concerned parents and teachers across the country who are
going through the exact same kinds of things.  

 

In fact, the news of our lawsuit has gotten so big that we need to bring
another lawyer onto litigation team to process all these calls and help us
evaluate possible new lawsuits.  

 

Now, I’m not asking for your financial support today.  

 

All I really wanted to do was keep you in the loop and thank you for giving us
the resources needed to take on new lawsuits like this.   

 

Every child should be able to learn and grow at school without being exposed
to sexually explicit images and politically radical propaganda.  

 

And every parent has the right to know what their kids are being taught in
school.  

 

Ultimately, parents—not teachers’ unions and school boards—have the right to
determine how to raise their children.  

 

That’s why this lawsuit against the Spreckels Union School District is so
important, John.

Public schools are allowing teachers to manipulate children's gender and
sexual preferences behind parents’ backs. 

 

This sounds unthinkable... But Jessica Konen discovered that her 12-year-old
daughter had been coached into identifying as a boy, changing her name on
school records, binding her breast so she wouldn’t look like a girl, and
keeping all of this a secret from Jessica.  

 

Teachers went as far as to tell Jessica’s daughter that Jessica (mom) couldn’t
be trusted.  

 

When I heard Jessica’s story, I knew I couldn’t stand idly by.  

 

That’s why the Center for American Liberty has initiated legal action behalf
of Jessica Konen as she fights to defend her rights as a parent and ultimately
to defend the wellbeing of her daughter.  

 

This case looks to be a long legal battle that could cost hundreds of
thousands of dollars... 

 

We can’t do this without your help. Would you make an urgent donation to the

school district, the PRINCIPAL, and the teachers involved?

It all started when school faculty formed a secret “equality club,” where they
recruited preteens, including Jessica’s daughter, to “question sexual and
gender identities.” 

 

At club meetings, these radical teachers planted the seed in her mind that not
only was she really a boy trapped in a girl’s body, but that she also was
sexually attracted to BOTH men and women.

 

All the while, they specifically instructed the members of this “equality
club” to never tell their parents about what’s going on because they can’t be
“trusted.” 

 

Keep in mind, Jessica’s daughter was only twelve at the time.... 

 

But that didn’t stop them. 

 

These anti-parent teachers only cared about pushing their agenda.... No matter
how much damage they do to your children and your family.  

 

This behavior isn’t just bad. It’s evil, and it’s abusive. 

 

This is unacceptable and must be stopped. Will you rush a contribution of $35
to sue the Spreckels school district and put a stop to this evil?

Sadly, I have one more terrifying detail to add to this. 

 

One day, Jessica was called into the school for a meeting to discuss her
daughter. 

 

At this meeting, the principal informed Jessica that her daughter was a boy
and that she now had a male identity: new name, new pronouns, and new
bathroom.  

 

During this meeting, Jessica was visibly shaken. 

 

She was distraught to find out about all that had been happening in her
daughter’s life that she never knew about... 

 

Following this meeting, an anonymous complaint was made to Child Protective
Services to ask Jessica’s children if they wanted to be removed from the home. 

 

John, these school staff members purposefully kept secrets from Jessica,
manipulated her daughter to think that she was a bisexual boy, and I suspect
were the ones who called Child Protective Services. 

 

The whole situation is heartbreaking and frustrating.  

 

But it’s not too late to hold the Spreckels school district accountable and to
ensure that this doesn’t happen to other parents and kids too.
