Indivisibles,

With gerrymandering, Roe v. Wade, and other critical cases likely to reach
the Supreme Court in the coming years, we stand to gain -- or lose -- a
lot of rights in the near future.

President Biden has committed to nominating a Black woman to the Supreme
Court by the end of this month. And with just 16 days left, we have a lot
of calls to make to ensure that his pick is as progressive as possible and
is confirmed swiftly by the Senate. After that, we’ll turn our attention
to rebalancing the court to ensure all our rights are protected and turn
back the extremist far-right agenda the GOP has been pushing for decades.

Abortion. Healthcare. Voting Rights. Civil Rights. Our rights. They’re why
our work to save the courts is so important.

We need your support to keep all this work on SCOTUS moving, particularly
with Republicans in Congress already sowing racist discontent about the
nominee before she’s even named! With your help, we can continue updating
our resources with all the latest news, keeping our ears to the ground for
updates from the White House and the Capitol, driving calls directly to
members of Congress to demand their support, running digital ads, and
more. [ [link removed] ]Can you chip in with a $10 donation to Indivisible to help us
confirm the BEST nominee, undo the GOP takeover of the courts, and push
forward all our crucial advocacy?

It’s clearer than ever that far-right justices on the Supreme Court are
intent on curtailing our most basic constitutional rights, from
reproductive justice to environmental protections to workers’ rights, at
the expense of some of the most vulnerable Americans. Nominating a Black
woman with a clear progressive record will help us stem the tide -- but
it’s just the start of what we need to accomplish.

If you need more information about our long-term game plan to fix our
judiciary, check out [ [link removed] ]our resource on why one nomination won’t save the
courts. It’s going to be a long battle to undo decades of far-right
hijacking, and we can’t wait any longer to get that work moving. We’re
grateful to be in this with you.

In solidarity,
Indivisible Team
