Team,
As a DACA recipient myself, I know how critical the program is to the livelihoods of immigrant youth — even if only a temporary solution.
A UWD survey of DACA recipients showed that the program has a positive and significant effect on wages, with their average hourly wage more than doubling. Recipients also highlighted how the DACA program helped them access education and improve their lives overall.
United We Dream is trying to make the application process one step easier through our DACA Application Fund — which provides financial assistance to immigrant youth.
Rush a contribution to our DACA Application Fund to help cover DACA fees. 100% of your contribution will go toward covering the cost of renewal for immigrant youth.

Our most recent DACA survey shows what we already knew — millions need and deserve permanent relief through a pathway to citizenship.
But just because DACA was always intended to be a temporary solution doesn’t negate the impacts the program has on improving the lives and livelihoods of immigrant youth.
DACA has also provided work authorization to more than 830,000 undocumented young people across the country. Recipients reported earning higher wages and pursuing educational opportunities they couldn’t have before.
Our demands for a pathway to citizenship are stronger than ever, with an overwhelming 91.6% of respondents concerned over deportation and the impacts of their legal status. But in the meantime, United We Dream is committed to doing everything in our power to make the DACA application process easier for immigrant youth.
One way we can help is by covering the cost of renewal fees — $495 every two years. Will you chip in to our DACA Application Fund to help? Your donation will go directly toward providing immigrant youth with financial assistance.
