John,

Often the core issues we face every single day — racial injustice, disparities in health care, climate change, a stagnant economy — combine to create one singular struggle that impacts working people. Today, I want to talk to you about a bill that will tackle all of these issues at the same time.

The Transform, Heal, and Renew by Investing in a Vibrant Economy (THRIVE) Act is our blueprint for economic renewal that prioritizes justice and equality. It's already backed by a movement of movements, including unions, racial justice, climate, and other grassroots groups.

Here's how it works:

  • The THRIVE Act will invest in Black, brown, and Indigenous communities.
  • It will create millions of unionized, safe jobs while combating environmental injustice and avoiding climate catastrophe.
We deserve to thrive — not just survive. Now, I want to know what you think: Do you support the THRIVE Act? Please take our quick poll:

John, we aren't just facing one crisis as a nation. The pandemic, economic inequality, environmental injustice, the climate crisis — they are all connected. The THRIVE Act will boldly address these interlocking crises while building a better life for Philadelphians and vulnerable communities.

In solidarity,

Dwight
