Last week, the Senate chose to stand with the IRS instead of hardworking New Jerseyans.

Here's what happened: The 2017 tax plan implemented a cap on the SALT deduction, effectively double-taxing tens of thousands of New Jersey families in my district.

But as New Jerseyans, we're fighters. I worked with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to come up with a plan to ease the tax burden the SALT deduction cap created for families in New Jersey and across the country. Unfortunately, the Senate rejected our plan to give hardworking New Jerseyans tax relief.

Our fight isn't over though, and I need you with me. Chip in before the November deadline to support our fight in Congress.

Washington Republicans are plotting a comeback in New Jersey, and they've made me one of their top 2020 targets. They're spending a ton of cash to run attack ads and smear campaigns against me so they can unseat me and put a stop to all of our hard work.

Before the November is over, will you chip in to put us in the strongest possible position to defend this seat, protect the House Majority, and continue our fight for tax relief?
