Recently, the North Carolina Board of elections agreed with our local group’s complaint that Madison Cawthorn should be ineligible to run for office because he violated the Constitution by participating in a violent insurrection against America.

In response, Cawthorn went on Steve Bannon’s podcast and threatened us by saying we were “going down a dangerous path.”

Our Revolution members filed suit to ban insurrectionist Madison Cawthorn from the ballot because, under the rules of our Constitution, political violence is unacceptable.

The North Carolina Board of Elections just agreed with us that it has the power to disqualify insurrectionists, and now Cawthorn is in full breakdown mode.

After begging a federal court for “amnesty” under a law used by ex-Confederates, Cawthorn’s next move was to go on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast and threaten us by saying we’re “going down a dangerous path.”
