"Whether or not the supporters of the agreement admit it, this deal is based on hope – hope – that when the nuclear sunset clause expires, Iran will have succumbed to the benefits of commerce and global integration. Well, they have not. Hope that the hardliners will have lost their power and the revolution will end its hegemonic goals. They have not. And, hope that the regime will allow the Iranian people to decide their own future. The hardliners are more entrenched and they have not allowed the Iranian people to decide that future.
"Hope is part of human nature, but unfortunately, it is not a national security strategy."
—Senate Foreign Relations Committee Sen. Robert Menedez, February 1, 2022

As nuclear negotiations between Iran and the West continue in Vienna, many are beginning to voice their concern over the lack of progress. For many in the Middle East, this comes as no surprise. The past is riddled with anecdotal stories of the dangers of engaging with the Iranian regime. One such story took place in Kenya and provides a perfect window into the true nature of Iranian diplomacy. The saga would play out sporadically over seven years and read like a bad script for an even worse movie. On the surface, this story is bizarre and almost comical, on a deeper level, it illuminates the atypical nature of Iranian diplomacy.
On June 19, 2012, news broke that two terrorists had been arrested in Kenya and charged with possession of explosives. The fact that terrorists were arrested in Kenya was not surprising, as terrorist activity has spilled over from the Somali border in recent years. What was unique about these arrests was the two suspects were not Kenyan or Somali, but Iranian tourists who had recently flown into the country.

The “Inquiry” has formally issued a “call for submissions.” ([link removed](Y_COPY_01)&mc_cid=a8cf847307&mc_eid=UNIQID) It states: “The Commission invites individuals, groups and organizations to submit information and documentation relevant to its mandate."
Jewish and non-Jewish experts, NGOs, other organizations, parliamentarians or legislators – who care about defeating modern global antisemitism embodied in this UN Commission of Inquiry – need to proffer submissions. Literally every human on earth is eligible to make a submission.
By making a submission to this rigged exercise, will we legitimize it? The answer is emphatically NO, the greater the number of individuals and organizations who act.
Submissions are not about changing their minds, but about educating those who remain open to learning the truth about the Jewish state and the Jewish people. About exposing antisemitism and calling it out as such. About urging others to stand with the people of Israel and to object to the perversion of law and the falsification of right and wrong by the United Nations – for the sake of real human rights victims, now and in the future.

Palestinian children are still forced to enlist and fight for armed terrorist groups such as Hamas, the Jihad and the PFLP." The focus of this year's campaign is to expose charities that allow the funneling of funds to NGOs with terror ties and thus leading to more child soldiers. One such example is DCI-P connection with CAF America.
Without funding, terrorist organizations could not recruit child soldiers. Charities have an integral role in funding and facilitating access to funding for terrorist organizations, intentionally or unintentionally.
CAF America must stop providing a financial platform to NGOs affiliated with terrorist groups exploiting Palestinian children. These organizations that profit from private money funneled through CAF America, exploit children for political purposes. CAF America provides, by association, a financial safe haven for "retired" PFLP, PIJ and Hamas terrorists. They are guilty by omission, affiliation and direct action in the incitement to violence, recruitment and training of Palestinian children for military purposes.
The financial contribution to these NGOs facilitated by CAF America, is an essential part in the upkeep of the brutal systemic use of Palestinian children by terrorist organizations in the Levant. Using children as combatants, terrorists, riot skirmishers, couriers, spies, lookouts, munitions smugglers, military laborers, as well as the militarized and radicalized education that facilitates recruitment has to STOP!
