From day one in Congress, Jared has been a champion for small businesses in Maine.
Just last week, the Small Business Committee passed Jared’s bill – the Small Business Development Centers Improvement Act of 2022 – that, if enacted, would increase the Small Business Development Center's (SBDC) annual budget by $40 million. There are 22 SBDCs in Maine, and we need to keep supporting them.
This bipartisan bill will help even more Mainers take advantage of the program, which helps small businesses grow and creates jobs for Maine’s communities.
