** International Women's Day 2022
------------------------------------------------------------
On International Womenโ€™s Day, Fawcett is taking part in a chain of events across the UK and we'd love you to join!

We are delighted to host this exciting event alongside three incredible organisations across the nation: Northern Ireland Womenโ€™s European Platform (N.I.W.E.P), WEN Wales and Engender in Scotland to spotlight how each organisation is working to #BreakTheBias ([link removed]) .

This online chain of event starts from 3pm on Tuesday 8th March and will last until 7pm, with each nation hosting their own session.

As part of this event, join Fawcett as we explore gender stereotypes in the world of sport. Our panel session, from 4pm, will focus on the barriers women face when taking part in sports, the attitudes to women in sport, how gender stereotypes can hold back women from participating and playing sport and how those hurdles start in childhood.

Creating a safe workplace culture to prevent sexual harassment: toolkit launch
Join Fawcett online for a panel session, discussing how employers can create workplace cultures that do not tolerate sexual harassment.

Fawcettโ€™s Chief Executive, Jemima Olchawski will be joined by key figures such as Deeba Syed, Senior Legal Officer at Rights of Women and Dame Heather Rabbatts, Chair of TIME'S UP UK. They will discuss the barriers women face in the workplace when experiencing and reporting sexual harassment and explore how culture change needs to come from the top of organisations to make change.

The event will support those working in HR, employee support and leadership positions within their organisation to implement our new employer toolkit.
