John,
Over the last few weeks, Congressional redistricting processes have wrapped up in a number of critical states across the country.
And while Republicans (and their allies on the Supreme Court) have used this once-in-a-decade process to try and gerrymander their way to a majority in the House of Representatives, it’s looking like we’ll have our own opportunities as well:
In states like New York, Illinois, and North Carolina, new Congressional maps are presenting us with fresh opportunities to send working-class champions to Congress. If we are able to take full advantage, we can do even better than re-electing a Democratic majority next year — we can elect a working families majority that could make “The People’s House” truly live up to its name.
But with the first primaries starting in a matter of days, we need to act quickly if we’re going to take advantage of these late-breaking developments. Your contribution to the Working Families Majority Fund today will help us recruit and elect progressive champions in districts like these nationwide:

Over the past year, we’ve been reminded time after time how a Democratic majority just isn’t enough.
If we’re going to build a multiracial democracy that will be responsive to the everyday needs and concerns of working people, we need to elect champions who will take on corporate interests and put working people first.
That’s why the Working Families Party invests in year-round, on the ground organizing in communities nationwide. And it’s why we invest in the local leaders who we hope will become the next generation of WFP champions in Congress.
Now, with new Congressional maps in play, we have a chance to do even more — but only if we are able to scale up our organizing efforts ASAP.
Will you contribute $3, or whatever you can afford, to the Working Families Majority Fund? Your grassroots contributions will allow us to expand our 2022 map and send a working families majority to Congress next year that will fight for us.
In solidarity,
Team WFP
