The Democrats are trying to REMOVE my name from the ballot with a frivolous lawsuit because they know they can’t win in November. It’s just their latest attempt to rig elections to prevent the Red Wave from wiping out Democrats up and down the ballot. 

• FIRST, they tried to federalize our elections and put Nancy Pelosi in charge of counting the votes.
• THEN, they tried to pass outrageous measures in states like New York where they’re hoping to grant illegal immigrants the ability to vote in our elections. 
• NOW, they’re attempting to remove me and other conservatives from the ballot because of my beliefs. 

LET ME BE CLEAR: I’m running for re-election to fight against Joe Biden’s dangerous agenda and champion Hoosier values, and I will not stop.

This is a frivolous challenge to my candidacy by my Democrat opponent Aaron Calkins that will be dismissed and ignored by voters. But make no mistake, powerful Democrats in Washington will stop at nothing to defeat me, President Trump, and disenfranchise 74 million Americans along the way.

I served my country in Afghanistan, but now the Democrats are accusing me of being anti-American? I will not back down
