Ground Game Texas and Sunrise El Paso are putting climate change directly on the ballot in Texas!

That’s right—this weekend Ground Game Texas and Sunrise El Paso will launch a new ballot campaign to create a “Climate Charter” in El Paso. This charter will help bring new green jobs to El Paso, promote water conservation, and encourage new investments in solar technology.

This charter will help make El Paso a nationwide leader in sustainability and green jobs—and it will serve as a model for other communities to tackle the climate crisis. It’s a first-of-its-kind campaign and we couldn’t be more excited.
