The City of Auburn is considering the implementation of Lake Auburn Watershed Protection recommendations from the 2021 Lake Auburn Watershed Study & the 2010 Lake Auburn Watershed Management Plan.
The City will be starting this discussion by connecting with our primary watershed protection stakeholders: the Auburn Water District, Lake Auburn Watershed Protection Commission, & Lewiston Water District at a meeting on February 16 at 6PM at the Auburn Senior Community Center.
This is a public meeting and there will be an opportunity for public comment, but the primary purpose of this initial meeting is to present information and engage with these stakeholders prior to hosting a focused community engagement process.
