Hi Friend,

Whether you’re the home team or traveling, everyone wins when we practice responsibility on gameday. Check out our playbook to make this gameday the best one yet.

No one plays their best on an empty stomach—eat up!

And if you are hosting a party, be sure to have food available for guests or ask them to bring their own.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Have plenty of non-alcoholic beverages on hand for yourself and your team.

Consider offering a fun non-alcoholic drink for those who are choosing not to drink or who might be riding the bench today so they can feel included, too.

If the watch party isn’t on your home turf, plan for a safe ride there and back.

Never, ever drive drunk or impaired by other substances. Block any impaired friends from getting behind the wheel.

Don’t overdo it!

Remember your limits and look out for your team. Make sure you know how much you're actually drinking. A standard drink, whether a 12 oz beer, 1.5 oz spirits, 5 oz wine, contains the same amount of alcohol. So if you choose to drink, make sure you know and stay within your limits. Need a game plan? Plan ahead with our Virtual Bar <[link removed]>.

Talk to your kids.

Tackle that conversation with your kids about saying NO to underage drinking; be a responsible team captain and model responsible behaviors—especially when it comes to drinking.

Whether you choose to drink or you’re on the sidelines, follow these helpful tips to be the MVP this gameday. And remember, championships are won at practice—so practice responsibility every day!
