PROTEST happening tonight: Tell Claire Hanna MLA that extreme abortion law is not in your name
Precious Life are protesting Claire Hanna MLA's (SDLP) general election campaign launch tonight (Wednesday 13th November) from 5:30-6:30pm outside the Lyric Theatre, Ridgeway Street, Belfast, BT9 5FB. Claire Hanna MLA is a candidate who supports abortion and Westminster's appalling and cruel abortion law - she did not even turn up to Stormont for talks on October 21st.
Claire Hanna MLA, along with SDLP leader Colum Eastwood MLA were signatories, along with many other politicians of various parties, to a letter published in The Times in July 2018, supporting Stella Creasy’s brutal abortion regime which has now become law in Northern Ireland. The determined and fanatical pro-abortion MPs in Westminster, led by Stella Creasy - unelected by the people of Northern Ireland - have been aided and abetted by pro-abortion politicians in the SDLP and other parties. Because of their actions, we now have the most cruel and extreme abortion law in Europe, allowing abortion right up to 7 months (28 weeks) for any and every reason. We have been abandoned and failed miserably by our politicians and they now must be held to account.
We have been failed miserably by our politicians, including the SDLP, and we have been betrayed by a party which, for so long, claimed to be pro-life.
The SDLP, once a party that pro-life people could trust and vote for with confidence, is no longer such a party. There are now a significant and influential number of SDLP MLAs and councillors, who are pro-abortion and refuse to stand up for the unborn, including Claire Hanna MLA who will shortly be looking for your vote in this upcoming election on 12th December.
Please attend tonight to stand up against this horrific abortion law, and to send a crystal clear message to Claire Hanna MLA that the law she supports is not only undemocratic, but is barbaric, cruel and breaches fundamental human rights.
Yours in life,
The Precious Life Communications Team
