Colorado Newsline: Is Rep. Lauren Boebert eligible to run for reelection this year? According to the 14th Amendment, the answer might be “no.”

We all know that Lauren Boebert is an awful representative, but apparently there’s even an argument to be made that she should be ruled ineligible to serve in Congress. Get a load of this:

“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress … who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
– Section 3 of the 14th Amendment

While it’s unlikely that Boebert will be barred from running again, this is just one more reason we need to defeat her at the ballot box. Can you contribute to Donald’s campaign to unseat her and restore sanity to the office?
