John, I'm excited to share the latest from CRC with you:Will COVID-19 end the teachers unions' monopoly? ([link removed]
Where the teachers unions hold sway, schools have remained shuttered even though schools could clearly reopen safely by summer 2020. By holding the nation's children hostage, teachers unions thought they could get whatever they wanted, from education to taxation to government-run health care. The unexpected "parents' revolt" in Virginia's 2021 elections suggests otherwise. CRC's Michael Watson celebrates School Choice Week here ([link removed] the Left's latest attack on free speech? ([link removed]
It comes as no surprise that many on the anti–free speech Left want to silence conservatives wherever they find them. Unmasking Fidelity, a coalition of far-left "social justice" groups aims to choke off donations to conservative nonprofits made through Fidelity Investments Charitable Gift Fund, the country's biggest grantmaker. CRC's Hayden Ludwig follows the money and exposes the hypocrisy of Unmasking Fidelity's founders here ([link removed] is the Left better at organizing? ([link removed]
CRC's Michael Hartmann talks with organizing guru David Hines about his studies of professional leftist activism vs. conservatives' generally lackluster equivalent. The Left "has professionalized organizing leadership," and "they train their people, professionals and volunteers alike, to design, plan, execute, and learn from actions." He urges conservative donors to "consider helping out your local activists." In keeping with his executive branch appointments, a number of President Joe Biden’s judicial nominees have had professional connections to nonprofit groups. His federal court nominees have worked at the ACLU, Brennan Center for Justice, and Southern Poverty Law Center, among others. Black Lives Matter Lacks Accountability

I appeared on Jesse Watters: Primetime to discuss the growing scandal surrounding the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation. The California Department of Justice is investigating $60 million in donations to this "charity" that appears to have gone missing. Its founders have spent at least $10 million in suspicious real estate transactions. As I explain, the nonprofit has not always been transparent in its public tax filings with the IRS and has displayed a lack of financial accountability.

Virginia Responds to “Zuck Bucks”
In this episode ([link removed] Since Mark Zuckerberg passed hundreds of millions of dollars through the supposedly "nonpartisan" Center for Tech and Civic Life to assist governmental agencies in administering the 2020 elections, a number of state legislatures have taken action to prevent future billionaires from privately funding government election offices.

CRC's Hayden Ludwig, Parker Thayer, and I discuss those “Zuck Bucks” and the legislative responses to them. Ludwig and Parker have done yeomen’s work crunching the numbers on where exactly the Zuck Bucks went.
