I'm proud to be the prime co-sponsor of HM1539 which urges our federal congressional delegation to fix the discrepancy between Floridian's constitutional right to medical cannabis and their 2nd Amendment Right to keep and bear arms.

I'm proud to be a part of fixing this discrepancy between state and federal laws for patients, and law abiding gun owners too. Common sense gun safety has always meant being sensible, and I believe this simply makes sense.
