Friend --

Last week, the Republican Party made it clear just how far they've fallen, calling the deadly January 6th attack on the Capitol "legitimate political discourse."

Really?

Let's be clear about what happened: A pro-Trump mob committed hundreds of acts of political violence. They injured more than 100 police officers. Republicans and Democrats alike feared for their lives.

By dismissing it as "legitimate political discourse," Republicans have stooped to a disturbing new low – and raised the stakes for our race to a new height.

Our mid-month fundraising deadline is fast approaching, and your support right now will send a message to the GOP: voters see the way they're courting violence – and reject it wholeheartedly. Chip in $10 or another amount right now to show you stand with Dean and against this dangerous and growing movement within the GOP!

Dean believes in a different kind of discourse – one that brings everyone together to find common ground and fight for the progress we need on voting rights, climate action, violence prevention, and more.

Through campaign events, postcards, and conversations at our soon-to-reopen Campaign Coffeehouse, we're putting that belief into action every day until November. But we can't do it without your support. Our campaign relies on people who chip in on emails like these.

We're building a different kind of politics here in Minnesota's 3rd – and creating a model for defeating the GOP's dangerous far-right turn. Chip in before Monday's mid-month deadline to fuel the work ahead!

Thanks so much,

The DeanTeam
