Strong women get the job done, folks. I know that now as Co-Chair of the Congressional Caucus for Women's Issues, and I knew it back in 2001 when I became the first woman and first African American mayor of Southfield, Michigan.
That’s why I’m so proud to endorse my good friend and colleague Haley Stevens for re-election to MI-11.
I’m going to tell you more in a moment, but first I’m asking if you can chip in $25 or whatever you can to her re-election campaign?

Now, here’s why I’m supporting Haley, and why you should, too: Haley has proven herself as a fierce advocate for Michigan’s manufacturers and working families.
She knows MI-11 through and through because she already represents the majority of the district. Haley’s is a voice for the future and one we desperately need fighting for us in Congress.
I’m confident that when more folks learn about what Haley’s done to secure federal resources for infrastructure, COVID-19 relief, and small businesses – her support will only grow.
I’m putting my full support behind Haley’s re-election campaign – and I hope you’ll join me in supporting her by pitching in $25 or whatever you can today.
