Dear friend --
In January 2022, we saw double the number of workers file for union recognition than in January 2021, and it’s another reminder of the power we have when we stand together to fight for the common good. From union drives at Amazon and Starbucks to strikes at Kellogg’s and John Deere, workers are standing up -- and winning!
But intense union busting and anti-labor policies continue to protect big corporations, not working families. It’s time to change our priorities. That’s why I’m proud to fight for working families in Congress -- and why I support worker protections, including the right to organize. Are you with me?
Unions alone aren’t enough to end the CEO-worker pay disparity, but they are an important tool to fight exploitation, ensure equitable pay, and protect working people.
The past two years have only reinforced that workers are essential, and now, it’s time to treat them accordingly. Chip in now to show you agree.
