Tell your senators to pass the Postal Service Reform Act (H.R. 3076). This bipartisan legislation will financially stabilize the U.S. Postal Service and guarantee six days of mail delivery for consumers.

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is a vital public institution. This bill will help stabilize USPS in two ways, by:

  1. Eliminating the unfair requirement that USPS pre-fund employee retiree health care costs in advance.
  2. Codifying mail and package delivery six days a week.

This act will also maximize future employee participation into Medicare.
