Dear John,

Caring for someone living with
Alzheimer's disease is an act of love. Providing care and support to
all those impacted by this disease today is, too - as well as
advancing research toward one day finding a cure.

That's why I'm pleased to share some
exciting news with you today. This Valentine's Day, you can show your
love for everyone impacted by Alzheimer's by joining with us for our
$50,000 Double the Love Match Challenge. Your gift to the Alzheimer's
Association by February 28 - in any amount up to $50,000 -
can make twice the impact.

The Lily Pointe Family Foundation has
pledged its gift in support of local care consultation services.
Thanks to their kindness, your generous gift can go 2X as far to
provide care and support across the country and advance vital
research.
