Another right-wing Republican candidate has announced a campaign to run against me in Nevada’s third district. He’s already out there running attack ads, trying to paint me with a broad brush as someone that I’m not.

Here’s the truth: I have a record of fighting for Nevada families. I worked to reopen the government after President Trump shut it down, stood up to Betsy DeVos and pushed to fully fund Title I public schools, fought and succeeded to prevent the dangerous Yucca Mountain nuclear waste dump and passed a bill to lower prescription drug costs.

Meanwhile, my new opponent has ran and lost multiple races for two offices in Nevada -- and he has been overwhelmingly rejected by voters in his own party twice.

Who does this guy think he is to launch paid ads lying about my record?

This Republican will try every dark tactic in the books to enrich himself with political power and enact a right-wing agenda that won’t serve Nevada families.
