Grassroots Action Training

There are 15 Grassroot Action Training taking place all over the country.

This is a training opportunity on how to fight back against tyrannical policies in your community or on your campus. Not only is housing and food provided during this training, but you will learn the best practices in recruiting, campaigning, and community organizing from subject matter experts. These experts utilize their command of these skills to advocate for liberty across the nation every day and are willing to teach you all of their tips and tricks.
 
John, attending this event will teach you how to utilize the ideas of confrontational politics to apply pressure and change policy in your community, in the legislature, and even on campus.
 
Our Grassroots Action Training is designed for a limited number of attendees in a concentrated setting, so it is encouraged that you apply now if you wish to attend.

Chapter Spotlight:

South Dakota School of Mines and Technology

The Young Americans for Liberty chapter, led by Anthony Mirzayants, South Dakota State Chair, at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology are currently leading a Student Rights Campaign to advocate for campus carry. This fight was started in the fall semester of 2021. Within one week of petitioning for campus carry, one-fifth of the student population signed their support for this cause.

On November 3, 2021, the chapter hosted a rally and delivered the petition with more than 100 attendees present for the delivery.

Anthony and the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology YAL chapter have organized phone banks and made over 800 patch through calls in 3 days to the President's Office.

This chapter is now working on applying pressure on campus administration by contacting the university's alumni and donors, to pass campus carry on campus.
