The College Republicans will be hosting a showing of the Movie 'Unplanned' at Orange Coast College. Here is link to the description of the movie: ( https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9024106/ ) This is a powerful movie to show at a College and our goal is to open students' minds about abortion and the pro life movement. After the movie the organization Feminists for Life have agreed to come and give their analysis of the movie and also to talk about issues regarding abortion and the idea of life. Two members from Feminists for Life, Damian Geminder and Clare Venegas will be on the panel as well as two students from Orange Coast College.
Admission to the event is free. This event will take place on campus in the Science Hall. Doors will open at 6:00 PM and the movie will begin at 6:30 PM. After the movie the panel will come together to speak. There will be free catering provided for attendees as well as extra credit for students whose teachers agreed to give extra credit for the event.
