Democratic Association of Secretaries of State
John,

Dr. Shirley Weber is a lifelong academic and equal rights advocate. She served in California’s State Assembly for almost a decade before becoming California’s first Black Secretary of State last year.

She is acutely aware of the issues faced by disenfranchised communities this Black History Month – and she has a message to share:

DASS is working with our member Secretaries to support and expand equal voting rights for all eligible Americans. But the far-right’s plans for 2022 revolve around suppressing those very rights.

We need every single supporter to stand with DASS now and resist the far-right’s discriminatory voter suppression. We’re running out of time to stop them!!

The midterms are just around the corner – we have to be ready to defeat the far-right’s extremist candidates and voter suppression bills! Chip in $20 NOW to make a difference and fight for your rights with DASS >>>
