John – despite their exceptional qualifications, Black women still face extreme obstacles when it comes to holding public office. And this imminent Supreme Court nomination is no different.

In case you missed it, President Biden made a campaign promise to nominate a Black woman to the Supreme Court, and he doubled down on that promise nearly two weeks ago.

What happened? Republicans lost their minds (again). Ted Cruz went as far as blasting Biden’s promise as “offensive” and “insulting" – to Black women!

Incompetent, entitled, and toxic Ted Cruz took it upon himself to tell Black women how to feel about the opportunity of a lifetime. And in the same breath, he tried to reduce some of the top justices in the country to mere “diversity hires.”

We’re livid, John. We’ve had enough of racist and sexist hate. And we’re tired of constant “debates” about “affirmative action” and the ability of Black women to be exceptional – and necessary – leaders. So we’re reaching out to see if you feel the way we feel.

This is a quick one, John. Please tell us before our midnight deadline:

Should racist, sexist, insurrectionist Ted Cruz get a say in Biden’s Supreme Court pick?
