Unfortunately, the Republican Party is still competitive in the Golden State and even though President Biden won California by a 2-1 margin, Trump received 6 million votes in California - a higher raw total than in any other state.

MAGA conspiracy theorists who protested at vaccine sites, school boards, local council and supervisor meetings have begun running for local office to enact their dangerous agenda. As reported in the Los Angeles Times last week:

As CADEM plans ahead for some big fights, we’re already investing in voter protection, organizing, and communications infrastructure to make sure that we protect our democratic values at all levels of government and recruit quality candidates for every single race and help them win.
