It’s not often that “On Air with Heritage Action” gets to make a podcast about an upcoming Supreme Court nomination… so it’s only fitting that Heritage Action Vice President Garrett Bess stopped by our podcast studio to appear on the episode.
Biden has been vocal about nominating an African American woman to the bench— regardless of qualifications or how the nominee holds up in front of the Senate during the confirmation hearings…

He also vowed to be a president concentrated on eliminating divisiveness and uniting the country, but choosing a Supreme Court nominee based solely on race only moves us further away from being a unified nation.
